Acer Building Services are experienced builders based in Crowborough, East Sussex.

Services we offer include extensions, conversions, refurbishments and loft conversions, see examples.

Since 1993 Karl Scholten has traded as Acer Building Services, gaining experience working with highly skilled craftsmen. We are able to offer a comprehensive service even though we are a small company.

We are licensed to trade under the new Government endorsed Trustmark scheme through our membership of the Masterbond warrantee offered by our trade body the Federation of Master Builders.

We do most of our work in Crowborough, Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas.

We offer an individual service, giving each project the maximum attention, endeavouring to complete each job before moving to the next client. We work through projects in a planned order and look to minimise disruption to the household or workplace.

Good quality materials are always used to provide the best value for money in each project.

Increasingly environmental sustainability supply and working practices are becoming important. We are keen to adopt this ethos.
